Our brief guidelines are mentioned below:
- If a buyer encounters a defect or damage on the product, we will gladly exchange the product for them. It is important to notify us within 72 hours so that our team starts the inspection process. Late complaint will not be handled.
- The buyer will be required to repack the product and order a new product from our online store. They will receive the exchanged product within 15 days.
- The expenses of shipping back the exchanged item will be on the buyer. Therefore, recheck your requirements multiple times before placing the order.
- Buyers are supposed to ensure that the tags and labels must not be removed from the product or else the exchange is not possible.
- Exchange of customized items is not probable, as the designs, elements, and size were all advised by the buyer. Alteration is possible with minimal charges.
- We take a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation of the order, the deduction charges depend on the number of days the order was supposed to arrive. A 10% fee will be deducted within 3 days of order placement, whereas a 25% fee will be deducted within 7 days of order placement. After that, the cancellation request will not be entertained.
- A buyer will be requested to fill out a request form for exchange of product. The copy of form will also be attached with the repacked product.
- While requesting for an exchange, a good behavior must be maintained with our support staff. We expect both parties to be understanding and we promise to assist in the best way possible.
